CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
At Privately Urs, we diligently fulfill all orders placed to give you the best customer experience.
1. Cancellations
Sometimes due to high orders of some products and quantity limitations, we may not be able to process your order. In all such cases, our Customer Service team will promptly communicate with you and arrange for the necessary shipping OR initiate cancellation of order and refund procedures to the account from which the amount has been paid.
- In case you have made a purchase at our store wish to cancel it before it has been shipped from our end, you can request for cancellation of order and we shall refund the amount to the source it was debited from.
- If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the amount to your Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
2. Refund policy
We sell only high-quality products to our customers and our return and refund policies are strictly restricted to products with defect.
In the unlikely case of any product/products delivered by us have defect/defects, we shall refund the amount in the same mode as the payment was made for it based on the following conditions:
- If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the amount to your Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
- If the payment mode was COD/ e-COD, we will refund the money to your Bank Account. You will have to furnish us your bank account details and we will initiate transfer within 15 days.
- In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
- The return product must be unused, unwashed and contain all original tags & labels attached to it.
- Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
- Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
- Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
Any typical refund will take 3-5 business days to get reflected in your bank account. In some cases, credit card issuing banks may take longer to reflect the credit posted on the card.
