In keeping with the high standards at Privately Urs, we ensure safe and secure shipping of all items ordered at our website. We attach utmost importance in maintaining our customers’ privacy and follow strict shipping guidelines in keeping with it.

Packaging

We have high regard for Indian values and sensibilities and take extreme caution when packing your orders. At Privately Urs, we pack all orders in thick brown opaque cardboard boxes without placing any indication of the product packaged in it.

• Only the shipping and return addresses are pasted on the box without even mentioning the name “Privately Urs.”
• We use complete discretion in our shipping method to maintain the privacy of your order such that there is no mention of the product anywhere at any point from dispatch through delivery.
• Invoice that is sent along with the package as per statutory state or courier rules mention only generic terms such as ‘Personal Care Items.’

  Gift Wrap option is available against a nominal charge of Rs. 30.

Shipping charges

We want to pamper our customers with the best of services and our shipping policies are ample proof of that.

• We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders above Rs. 2000. For orders less than Rs. 2000, there is a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 100.
• The total shipping charge for your Order will be displayed once you proceed to check out.
• Octroi charges wherever applicable is prepaid and we will not charge you anything for it.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) and e-COD services are available to select locations across India depending upon the pincode.
• The pincode detector will let you know if COD is available at that location. You can also share an email with us at [email protected] asking the same by mentioning your pincode and we shall check and revert.
• We do our best to ship all items of your Order together; however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or product availability. If there are restrictions on accepting orders for areas with certain pin codes as products cannot be shipped to those destinations, the orders will not be accepted online. A message will automatically display on screen requesting you to provide an alternate pin code.
• A single order will be shipped to a single shipping address.
• For shipping products to multiple addresses, you need to place multiple orders.
• Multiple orders placed by the same customers within the same day or the consecutive day may be shipped together.

Delivery time

We try to ensure minimal transit time so that you can enjoy your product at the earliest possible.

• It normally takes 1-3 business days for product delivery to major cities in India, 3-5 business days for delivering to Tier II & Tier III cities and 7-10 business days for delivering to parts in rest of India.
• We have no control over delivery delays due to customer unavailability or discrepancies in billing address provided or inappropriate contact numbers.
• Delivery of products to certain parts of the country like remote and hilly areas may take longer period due to poor accessibility, bad weather conditions or security reasons.
• Place with special law and order situations may warrant longer shipping and delivery time period.

Tracking

We will send you the tracking id of the courier along with the AWB number for you to track product transit status any time. We ship all our orders using frontline and reliable courier providers in India.
